Private yoga lessons tailored to your needs and goals

Private Yoga Lessons are a one on one experience with a qualified yoga instructor.

An excellent way to improve your overall health and well-being, gain experience in individual postures and refine alignment, create a personalised home practice, for prenatal women, beginners gain confidence to join regular classes, and experienced yogis can start to deepen their practice beyond what is offered in a general class setting. They also add a special touch to your Barossa getaway.

Yoga was originally only taught on a one-on-one basis to meet each yoga practitioner exactly where they were in their yoga practice and develop their practice in accordance with their specific needs. The yoga class phenomenon is only a fairly recent development and while classes offer a wonderful opportunity for community and connection, private lesson are where we can really tune into what your needs and goals are.

Upon booking you’ll complete an initial consult form to clearly identify your goals. You can also take private lessons with a friend or partner.

  • 5-pack private lessons with 3 group classes
