Yoga Sessions for People with Disability tailored to your needs

There is a growing body of research supporting the physical, mental and social health benefits of yoga. These benefits are available to people with disability through both the physical postures and breath-work. Each posture can be modified to meet the needs of the participant with tailored classes or programs for specific types of disability.

These tailored programs promote independence, physical and psychological well-being, in a fun environment fostering health, community and friendship.

We’re passionate about making the incredible tools yoga offers available to all members of the community. There is a saying in the yoga community; if you can breath, you can practice yoga. Asana (the postures) are just one part of the practice of yoga and we enjoy creating programs that utilise the full spectrum of yoga practices to meet the specific needs and goals of your group.
