HOW DOES IT WORK?
Have you heard of priming? It’s a way many of the current leaders in mindset coaching set themselves up for the day. The incredible thing is (whether they realise or not) the tools used are derivatives of various yoga practices.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during May, at 5.30am (you can do it!) we’ll take you through a 30min yoga practice (45min at the studio, allowing for guidance) including various practices to prime you for the day. Your challenge is to then use these tools on the remaining days of the week – whatever resonates for you, it might be 10mins, the full 30mins or studio classes, cultivating a daily practice and positive lifestyle habit.
HOW DO WE JOIN?
1. Grab a direct debit Membership via our website for just $30/week (no joining fee, pause any time). This gives you full access to ALL classes at the studio including the Mon, Wed and Fri morning sessions.
2. Once you have your membership, request to join our private Facebook Group (True North Yoga: Every-Day in May) where we’ll be checking in, supporting and encouraging one another. Get creative with your practice on the days you’re not in the studio… out in nature… in the car… chat about which tools are resonating for you, how you are integrating them into your life, the difference they’re making.
3. Encourage friends to join you, make your way through the challenge together, cheer each other on.
