Mandal Tribal Belly Dance

Tribal Belly Dancing encourages us to embrace ourselves to feel beautiful, strong, and confident!

This style of Belly Dance is bold and structured while offering freedom and expression, as well as being mediative and spiritual.

Belly Dance builds self-esteem and cultivates acceptance and self love. This beautiful class is for you whether you are a beginner or have some Belly Dance experience and is offered in an encouraging, supportive, and fun atmosphere.

With graceful slow moves and invigorating fast moves, Belly Dance is a low impact form of exercise which will improve muscle tone, increase overall wellbeing, health and fitness, balances weight, improves coordination, and is a great way to have fun and meet new people! 

Mandala Tribal Belly Dance classes are run at True North Yoga studio on Mondays at 7.15pm during School Term Time.
